Most websites fail despite having a good layout, font, and absorbing content. Most of the times this happens because people use ready-made templates that have been used thousands of times before and they all end up looking just the same. Templates no doubt make web designing extremely easy but that does not mean you do not add any personal touches to the website at all. You can take cue from the template and do a bit of modifications so that it looks different if not unique. Customization is the key to successful website designing. Another reason why some websites fail is that they do not apply any search engine optimization techniques to boost their web traffic.
